1 Definitions and Scope

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided through the 799 bet platform ("Platform"). "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services. 2 Account Registration

2.3 Account Verification

For security purposes, 799 bet may at any time request a national ID card, date of birth confirmation or other relevant documents to verify your identity. If you do not cooperate with the verification process, your account may be temporarily suspended.

2.4 Password Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. You should not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the 799 bet support team immediately and change your password.

3 Age and Eligibility

All services on 799 bet are for persons aged 21 or above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or playing on this platform.

If betting or gaming activities of this kind are prohibited under the laws or regulations of any region, users from that region may not use these services. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the applicable laws of their own region.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

799 bet currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. After each transaction is successfully completed, the balance is added to the account.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The same methods are used for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳3,000; the wagering requirement for this ৳2,000 bonus is ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus can be received only once per account.
• It is mandatory to read the specific terms of a promotion before claiming any bonus.
• No bonus may be used together with another bonus unless explicitly permitted.
• If unusual betting patterns or misuse of bonus benefits are detected, the bonus may be forfeited.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Activity

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Bets recorded after an event has started may be considered void, in which case the staked amount will be returned. 799 bet reserves the right to cancel bets placed on the basis of odds or results that were incorrectly set due to a technical error.

6.2 Gaming Activity

All casino games, slots, fishing games and live casino services are operated through an RNG (Random Number Generator) or a live dealer. Game results are entirely random and no previous result of any game affects the next result.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Using software, bots or automation tools for personal gain.
• Deliberately transferring funds between two accounts ("chip dumping").
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account or personal information.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by 799 bet

799 bet may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.

• Providing a false identity or false age information.
• Registering while being a minor.
• Extended period of inactivity.

7.2 Closure Request by the User

Any member may voluntarily close their account. In that case, active bonuses will be cancelled and any bonus-related winnings where wagering requirements have not been met will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules. Any principal deposit balance remaining before account closure may be withdrawn in accordance with the rules.
